Technical Support Analyst

Tasks:

  • Providing technical support to our team and customers, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Resolving system malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Recommending improvements to existing tech procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining and improving the performance of existing software, ensuring all updates and patches are applied as necessary.
  • Assisting in the training of staff on the use of technical systems and software, providing clear instruction and support.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology for potential implementation in the business, helping keep us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Clearly and regularly communicating with management and technical support colleagues, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Qualifications:

  • At Least 3 years Help Desk experience
  • working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
